Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager

About the Position:

We are seeking a hungry, smart, curious, and results-oriented Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing effective demand generation plans to drive pipeline and revenue growth for Kubit.

This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing. As a senior individual contributor on the Marketing team, you will align with Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, and outside agencies to strategize, build, execute, measure and optimize demand generation campaigns. This includes the ownership and execution of demand-related programs across channels, including but not limited to SEM, paid social, email, display, content syndication, events, and more, with the goal of increasing qualified leads and  pipeline for our sales teams.

This candidate loves strategizing and implementing plans from start to finish and would thrive within an agile and innovative GTM team. Given our small team size, a hands-on approach is essential. Our start-up environment requires a spirit of ‘can do’ and the flexibility to adapt, innovate and iterate.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute end-to-end demand generation programs aligned with sales priorities and revenue targets, including ABM, SEM, email, paid social, lead nurture programs, display, content syndication, webinars, direct mail, and more.
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies that achieve quarterly pipeline goals, driving leads, MQLs, and SQOs.
  • Collaborate with product marketing on the development of content, marketing assets, and collateral to support demand-generation initiatives at all stages of the buying cycle.
  • Develop and nurture a close relationship with sales to align on lead follow-up strategies, sales targets, campaigns, and lead management.
  • Engage with 3rd party trade organizations to sponsor webinars, podcasts, events,  commissioned research, etc.    
  • Work closely with the Operations team to optimize full-funnel reporting and demand generation funnel conversion rates.
  • In addition, the Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager, will be responsible for social media posts to ensure consistent and engaging brand presence.
  • Coordinate and publish blog content on our website to drive traffic and engage our audience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B and SaaS demand generation marketing experience.
  • Successful track record of planning and rolling out marketing campaigns and the ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-driven approach.
  • Hands-on execution, management, measurement, and optimization of digital campaigns with B2B and SaaS products.
  • Strong proficiency and proven hands-on experience with HubSpot, WordPress/Elementor and Salesforce. Familiarity with Outreach, ZoomInfo, Keyplay, and/or Warmly is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively inspire, influence, and communicate cross-functionally across all levels of the organization, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, rigorous environment.
  • A creative thinker who is comfortable bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
